The morning after a thunderous night brought clear skies and a light breeze.
20 guests from Austria, Belgium, Greece, the Netherlands, and the United States joined our Asakusa tour in 5 groups on May 3rd.
Partly due to a holiday – Constitution Memorial Day – Asakusa was even more lively with huge crowds.
However, some places were relatively quiet, such as the Asakusa Shrine, where portable shrines or Mikoshi, preparing for the “Sanja Matsuri – Sanja Festival” in two weeks, gave us a rare preview.
From first-timers to repeat visitors, our tour satisfies your curiosity about Japanese culture and history with fun. As you can see from the photos below, we exchanged big smiles throughout the tour.
We all appreciate you spending your precious moments in Japan with us and hope to see you again either at Meiji-Shrine & Harajuku, Imperial Palace, or Ueno Park.
