This tour marked the very first of our 2026 season. A Happy New Year, the guests from all over the world. It was the last day of the Japanese new year week, and according to our traditional calendar, these auspicious new year decorations need to be removed during this day.

The day was overcast with wintry clouds, a very cold day for Tokyo. Nevertheless, everyone completed the tour with cheerful spirits. Thank you very much for your enthusiasm.
For our future guests, we are now in the coldest weeks, which we patiently endure until the third of February. Our ancient calendar marks this day as the dividing point of winter and spring, making the fourth of February the very first day of the spring season. You will be able to expect various spectacular rituals on the change of the season or setsubun in the temples and shrines throughout Japan.
Why not plan to visit for this occasion and walk with us? We look forward to welcoming you very soon. https://tfwt.jp
Once again, we’d like to express our gratitude to today’s participants. We’d also appreciate it if you could share your thoughts on TripAdvisor or our social media—your feedback is always valuable.
Below are the awaited photos for your memory. Scroll down to the end and enjoy finding your smiling faces!
