Thank you for choosing our tour at Imperial Palace East Garden on March 8th. We welcomed 41 guests from Spain, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, France, Brazil, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Malaysia. Despite the chilly and rainy weather, we hope you still had a wonderful time exploring with us and engaging in great conversations throughout the tour. As promised, group photos and snapshots are attached to remember the fun times we had.

Early March is the perfect time to admire the plum blossoms (ume) at the Imperial Palace East Gardens in Tokyo. Blooming before cherry blossoms, these pink, white, and red flowers symbolize resilience and renewal. Plums have long been cherished in Japan, not only for their beauty but also for their use in umeboshi (pickled plums) and umeshu (plum wine). Their light fragrance fills the gardens, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Visiting during this season is a great way to enjoy both Japan’s history and its beautiful spring scenery.

Once again, thank you so much for joining us on our tour. We always make efforts to improve our tours and highly appreciate your feedback on our TripAdvisor/Facebook etc. Your comments motivate us to continue our volunteer activities. Please tell your family and friends about how you enjoyed our tour. Next time you’re in Tokyo, please join another one of our tours. We’d love to see you again.
