East Gardens of the Imperial Palace

Today, February 15th, we welcomed a sudden increase in foreign guests from the US, Australia, Vietnam, Bulgaria, Canada, and China!!

East Gardens of the Imperial Palace

We usually start our Tokyo Free Walking Tour at Tokyo Station and head to the East Garden of the Imperial Palace. However, today, our tour group grew significantly midway through. By the time we reached Honmaru, the main part of the Edo Castle site, our group had become quite large. Thank you to all the guests who joined us along the way!

It was a beautiful, sunny winter day—perfect for a walking tour.

Inside the East Garden of the Imperial Palace, beautiful plum blossoms and early-blooming cherry blossoms will start blooming in a couple of weeks. The best season for sakura is coming soon, from late March to early April.

Readers from all over the world follow our blog. If you see our tour in Tokyo, you can recognize us by our Tokyo Free Walking Tour flag. Feel free to say hello and join in! We always welcome your participation.
