Many thanks for joining Tokyo Free Walking tour at Asakusa and Ueno Park on March 30, 2025. We welcomed 43 guests from US, Germany, UK, Australia, Tanzania, India, Malaysia, Israel, China, Morocco, Singapore and Canada. It was a tremendous opportunity for us to meet wonderful guests from many countries and share interesting conversations. As promised, group photos and snapshots are attached so that you can remember the fun times we had during the tour.

Yesterday was rainy, but today is sunny, so Asakusa and Ueno Park were crowded with many visitors. The guests of the Asakusa AM tour happened to see the Choco Monaka Jumbo Tasting Event and were able to eat the ice cream that was given out for free. This was a promotion by Company M. Because of that, there was a crowd around Hozomon Gate.
Right now, Asakusa and Ueno Park are in the best season for cherry blossom viewing. However, some guests may not be able to visit Tokyo at this time. If they really want to see cherry blossoms, they can go to northern regions of Japan, such as Aomori or Hokkaido. There, it may be possible to enjoy cherry blossoms until early May, during the Golden Week holiday.

The combined tour with Asakusa in the morning and Ueno Park in the afternoon is not mandated, but it is just our recommendation. You can choose either of the tours as you wish.
Once again, thank you for choosing Tokyo Free Walking Tour during your precious time in Tokyo. In case you happen to be back in Tokyo, please join another one of our tours.
