Many thanks to those who participated in the Tokyo Free Walking Tour at Meiji Shrine and Harajuku. On an April-like warm day, we welcomed 6 guests from the USA, Poland, and Canada. I hope all of you enjoyed and shared interesting conversations with us during the tour.
As promised, group photos and snapshots are attached below so that you can remember the fun we had together.

We are so delighted that you showed interest in Japanese traditions and proactively experienced them, such as washing hands and mouth at the temizu-ya, shrine worship, writing a letter to the deity, and Waka poems composed by Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken.
Since the omikuji (fortune telling paper slip) here is based on those Waka poems, you can enjoy drawing one on the website: Omikuji (oracles)|Meiji Jingu.
Once again, thank you very much for joining the Tokyo Free Walking Tour during your precious time in Tokyo. Wishing you a wonderful and safe continuation of your trip!
