Great ‘Switch’🕹️ to Refresh Your Mind: Meiji Shrine Tour, March 7th, 2026

Meiji Shrine and Harajuku

On March 7th, 2026, Tokyo Free Walking Tour welcomed nine guests from Italy, the United States, Singapore, and Spain—including several returning guests from our Asakusa and Imperial Palace East Garden tours!

Despite a rainy forecast, we enjoyed a crisp early spring day under clear skies.
The atmosphere was especially serene when some of us encountered a solemn wedding procession.
We hope the walk helped you shake off any jet lag and provided a fun contrast between the peaceful shrine and the chaotic energy of Takeshita Street.
Your curiosity about Japanese culture inspires us to keep learning more about our own traditions as well as yours.

Happy skiing to those heading to the mountains, and everyone, enjoy the rest of your stay!
We wish everyone a smooth journey home, free of any delays or troubles.
