By the way, August 23rd is already autumn according to the calendar. In the 24 solar terms, which divide the seasons into smaller sections, it is called “Shosho.” It refers to the time when the intense heat subsides and signs of autumn begin to appear. Just a few decades ago, around this time of year, although the heat lingered, cool breezes blew in the mornings and evenings, and the chirps of insects began to be heard, signaling the gradual transition to autumn.

However, due to the effects of global warming, we are now experiencing dangerously hot weather, to the point where heatstroke alerts are issued. Please take good care of your health, and within your limits, let’s enjoy a wonderful experience that will become a lifelong memory with our Tokyo Free Walking Tour.
